Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Planner for People connector keeps, why, and how you stay in control.

Who runs it

Planner for People operates the connector at https://pfp-connector-151446722284.us-west1.run.app. The connector is a feature of the Planner for People apps.

What is stored

Only while the “Claude connector” switch is on in the app, the connector stores the planner records your apps send it: projects, tasks, day plans and their blocks, check-ins (energy, mood and anything you write in them), ledger and evidence entries, inbox items, recipes, planned meals, food entries with calories, grocery lists, your meal and planner settings, and assistant handoff notes.

Account data: a hashed Sign in with Apple user identifier (the app asks Apple for no name and no email), your device registrations, and whether your planner is linked.

Server logs: request metadata (the time, the path, the client id, redirect addresses and the network address), as Google Cloud logs it. These logs are kept for Google Cloud Logging’s default of 30 days.

What is not stored

Why

Only to answer the assistant you connected (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or another MCP client) when it calls a tool in your own conversation.

Where

Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Firestore), in the region us-west1 (Oregon, United States).

Sharing

Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used for profiling. The processor is Google Cloud. The assistant provider you connected receives tool results inside your own conversation.

Your control and how long data is kept

Children

The connector is not for children under 13.
